Highpressure level indicator with color indication U 59

U 59 level indicator serves as direct pointer of level in the boilers of steam generators for max. pressure up to 18,0 MPa and max. temperature up to 355°C. It´s usable for different medium as well, but needs to be aproved by producer.
The level indicator is composed of body with transparent glass, upper and lower heads and drain valve.
The heads are equipped with safety ball closing element and quickclosing globe valve, controlled by lever with weight.
It can be equped with lightning device.
Level indicator allows body to be turned by 25°.
The level indicator is equipped with lightning device according to customer request. Two color design ( green/red ) allows observation through camera with good differentation.

Lever indicator – Mica type
U 50

U 50 level indicator serves as direct pointer of level in the boilers of steam generators for max. pressure up to 17,6 MPa and max. temperature up to 355 °C.
The level indicator is composed of body with mica, upper and lower heads and drain valve.
The heads are equipped with safety ball closing element and quickclosing globe valve, controlled by lever with weight
It can be equped with lightning device.

Level indicator Mica – refraction type C 15

C 15 level indicator serves as direct pointer of level in steam generators and pressure containers, for max. pressure up to 12,5/18 Mpa and max. temperature up to 325/355°C. It´s not usable for poisonous and aggresive medium, which tend to generate sediments. It can be equped with protecting shield and lightning device.
The level indicators is composed of upper and lower heads, body, draining valve and optional additional draining valve.
The head of indicator has one globe valve with handwheel as closing element quickclosing element with lever and automatic working safety element – ball shut off.
For working pressure p = 12,5 MPa, it´s common to use one draining valve. For working pressure p = 18.0 MPa, two draining valves are recomended.

Level indicator glass/Mica type U 56

U 56 level indicator serves as direct pointer of level in the boilers of steam generators for max. pressure up to 6,3/12,0 MPa and max. temperature up to 278/325 °C. It´s usable for different medium as well, but needs to be aproved by producer.
The level indicator is composed of body with transparent glass and mica, upper and lower heads and drain valve.
The heads are equipped with safety ball closing element and quickclosing globe valve, controlled by lever with weight
It can be equped with lightning device.
Level indicator allows body to be turned by 30°.

U 48.1/U 45.1 level indicator serves as direct pointer of level in the boilers of steam generators for max. pressure up to 2,5/4,0 Mpa and max. temperature up to 225/250 °C. It´s usable for different medium as well, but needs to be aproved by producer.
The level indicator is composed of body with reflexive glass, upper and lower heads and drain valve. The heads are equipped with safety ball closing element and quickclosing globe valve, controlled by lever with weight
It can be equped with lightning device.

U 10 level indicator serves as direct pointer of level in the boilers of steam generators for max. pressure up to 1,0/1,6 Mpa and max. temperature up to 200 °C.
It can be equipped with protecting shield.
The head of level indicator has automatic working safety element – ball shut off and ball valve with hand lever.

Level indicator long distance – liquid type U 60

U 60 is used as non-direct pointer of water level in boilers of steam generators. It´s used in the case, that level cannot be monitor directly. It works as connected vessels.
