K87+

Ball valve – special K 87

This is special type of ball valve, produced on customers request. Variant full jacket (ball valve is fully jacketed) has the whole body heated. Because of that, the flanges have to be bigger size than the standard DN, the flow is however same as standard DN.
Variant semi jacket (ball valve is partially jacketed) has only are around closing element heated. Flanges have the size same as standard DN.
The connection of heat jacket can be flanged, BW or socket/nut variant. There is either blowdown valve or plug on the down side of jacket.

Three-way ball valves serves as flow direction switch of medium between outles. Medium can flow different ways regarding the drilling of ball (L or T) and it´s position. The ball is floating and the seats are solid. It cannot be used as control of throttle valve.
