Project UGL Lovosice

During the spring 2016 - Thanks to our cooperation with the company ARAKO Slovakia - we won the competition to supply valves for the new granulation line, in the company Lovochemie. We produced over 1000 of ball valves, mainly from stainless steel, as well as special types of ball valves ( 2-way and 3-way ball valves with heat jacket, or 3-way ball valves with the 120° outlet ). Over 2000 of low pressure globe valves were included in the order, which were produced in our second factory - SČA - Ústí nad Labem. The complete delivery were shipped in the agreed delivery time, in the end of August.

Change over valves for company LESER

In January 2016, our company produced change over valves for company LESER, which were designed for natural gas. The whole production contains 12 pieces of change over valves in the dimensions DN 80 – DN 150 and pressure rating PN 16 – PN 63. Our company also assembled the change over valves with safety valves into safety sets and perform pressure tests, during the acceptance, with the inspectors from LESER present. This projects should be beginning with the close cooperation with the company LESER, regarding these special valves.

Angle valves for Akron

As the traditional producer of angle valves, we were choosen to supply high pressure angle valves, from the special stainless material 1.4435 for our long time customer from Russia - the company Akron, which produces fertilizers. Those angle valves were used for high agressive medium - urea, therefore the inner parts of valves were also from special materials (1.4410, 1.4466).

Special stainless steel material of valves

Our partner SYNKLAD, which represents our company in the Russian market, helped us to get the order for the production of low pressure globe valves, from the special stainless steel, in the middle of 2016. Those were DN 15 – DN 150, PN 16 – PN 40 globe valves, for aggressive medium, so we used special materials such as 1.4435, 1.4307, 1.4306. The part of valves had heat jacket. We produced simillar globe valves for our Russian partner Akron, so we already had all technical issues solved and therefore we finished ithe project in the agreed time and quality.
